Howdy, and welcome to the Thesis Office E-Submittal system. Please read the following information
so your submittal process can go by as smoothly as possible.
Information Requested During E-Submittal
Step 1 - User Data
- Email Address
- UIN Number (What's that ?)
- Personal Information (Name etc...)
- Degree Information (Major etc...)
- Manuscript Information (Title etc...)
- Journal Model (Explanation in Thesis Manual.)
- Previously Published material in manuscript (Yes/No and Location if Yes)
Step 2 - Committee Info
- Full Name, Email (Required for Chair / Co-Chairs)
Step 3 - File Upload
- Final PDF version of manuscript as a single file

- Sample Journal Article from Journal Model.
Step 4 - Review & Submit
- Approval and Confirmation that all information is correct

This E-Submittal system requires Internet Explorer 6.0+, Firefox 1.0+, Netscape 8.0+ or Opera 8.0+. The E-Submittal system has not been fully tested with other browsers.
Note: Your committee chair will have access to a copy of the file you submit.
Also, the submitted manuscript will be available to administrative officers of your department upon request.
