Howdy, and welcome to the Thesis Office E-Submittal system. Please read the following information so your submittal process can go by as smoothly as possible.

Information Requested During E-Submittal

Step 1 - User Data

  • Email Address
  • UIN Number (What's that ?)
  • Personal Information (Name etc...)
  • Degree Information (Major etc...)
  • Manuscript Information (Title etc...)
  • Journal Model (Explanation in Thesis Manual.)
  • Previously Published material in manuscript (Yes/No and Location if Yes)

Step 2 - Committee Info

  • Full Name, Email (Required for Chair / Co-Chairs)

Step 3 - File Upload

  • Final PDF version of manuscript as a single file

  • Sample Journal Article from Journal Model.

Step 4 - Review & Submit

  • Approval and Confirmation that all information is correct
E-Submittal Closed

This E-Submittal system requires Internet Explorer 6.0+, Firefox 1.0+, Netscape 8.0+ or Opera 8.0+. The E-Submittal system has not been fully tested with other browsers.

Note: Your committee chair will have access to a copy of the file you submit. Also, the submitted manuscript will be available to administrative officers of your department upon request.
