Electronic Submittal

Please read the following information so your submittal process can go by as smoothly as possible. For additional information, view the Student Guide to the Electronic Submittal System, Vireo.

Information Requested During E-Submittal

  1. User Data

    • Email Address

    • Personal Information (Name etc...)

    • Degree Information (Major etc...)
  2. License Agreement

  3. Document & Committee Information

    • Manuscript Information (Title etc...)

    • Full Name for All Committee Members and Email (Required for Chair / Co-Chairs)
    • Release Option (review Copyright and Availability Form for availability options)
  4. File Upload

    • Final PDF version of manuscript as a single file

    • Sample Journal Article from Journal Model (upload as supplemental file) (Explanation in Thesis Manual)
    • Any Other Supplemental Files Pertinent to Your Manuscript
  5. Confirm & Submit

    • Approval and Confirmation That All Information Is Correct

Note: Your committee chair will have access to a copy of the file you submit. Also, the submitted manuscript will be available to administrative officers of your department upon request.
