Processing Fee

This fee covers the processing (the review and archiving) of each thesis /dissertation / record of study. Archival formats include microfilm and digital storage. The fee does not include binding of personal / departmental copies. Please view our handout for Information on binding personal copies.

• Master's fee: $110
• Doctoral fee: $170

Diploma / Graduation Fee

A non-refundable fee of $40 per degree sought is assessed in the semester a student applies for graduation. This fee is payable each time a student applies for graduation. A penalty of $50, in addition to the $40 charge, will be assessed for a late application.
